3 Passes Trek Overview
A transformative journey of adventure, self discovery, and healing.
The 3 Passes trek is not just another journey to Everest Base Camp. It is is a once-in-a-lifetime journey and one of the most iconic routes in the world, leading you to the foot of the highest mountain on Earth. This itinerary takes a quieter, less-traveled path through the stunning Gokyo Valley, where turquoise lakes, vast glaciers, and panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu await.
But this is more than just a trek. It’s a space to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and honor women’s soft power — the nurturing, restorative strength that supports both self and community. Each day blends physical challenge with reflection, empowerment workshops, and restorative practices.
Along the way, you’ll experience Sherpa culture, visit ancient monasteries, and walk through Sagarmatha National Park, following in the historic footsteps of the first Everest climbers.
